# Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscription cancellation and refunds work for Veri Asia.

## 1. One-Off Round Access Window

The one-off product "Round Only Access (USD$9.99)" is a fixed-duration access pass.

- Access starts when payment is successfully completed.
- Access expires exactly 5 days after purchase.
- This product does not auto-renew.

## 2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time.

- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.
- You will retain access through the remainder of that paid period.

Where available, manage your subscription via the customer portal link in your account/website.

## 3. Refund Policy

Unless required by applicable consumer law:

- subscription fees are generally non-refundable once access has been granted for a billing period
- one-off round purchases are generally non-refundable after purchase and access delivery (including during the 5-day access window)

If you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue preventing access, contact us and we will review your case.

## 4. Failed or Disputed Payments

If payment fails, access may be suspended until payment is resolved.

If you initiate a chargeback, we may suspend access while the dispute is reviewed.

## 5. Price Changes

We may update pricing from time to time. Any changes will apply prospectively and be communicated where required.
